About the project
Open-source MeshCentral was deployed with Docker on the company’s own server to provide secure remote access to customer computers. It replaces commercial remote support tools with per-user monthly licences; connection data never passes through third-party servers.
Scope
SSL-secured installation, device groups and permission structure, one-click connection agent, file transfer and terminal access, and an integration that connects to a device straight from the customer record in NAPP CRM.
Why this choice
Alternatives were evaluated on code-signing and sustainability criteria; MeshCentral was chosen for its multi-user model and API support, which made the CRM integration straightforward.
