About the project
The Barcode Scanning & Listing Software records every barcode read by a USB or Bluetooth scanner together with the user and the exact time. A single database file on a network share is all it needs; several workstations can work at the same time without installation.
The problem it solves
During stock counts, shipping and goods receipt, duplicate scans and untraceable entries caused errors. The application rejects duplicates instantly with an audible warning, ties every record to a user, and restricts deletion to administrators with a full deletion log.
Technical stack
Built with C# .NET 8 WinForms on SQLite; includes role-based user management, remember-me sign-in and Excel (.xlsx) reporting, styled with the FTHSOFT corporate identity.
